Excellent place with free parking, a seasonal outdoor pool, and a cozy bar/lounge area. I’ll never forget how the staff helped me find my lost wallet. They’re always so friendly! I’m coming back for Christmas.

The hotel had a welcoming vibe with friendly staff and clean, spacious rooms that felt homey. While the kitchenette was handy, the shower had less pressure than expected, and noise from adjoining rooms was a bit disruptive, but it didn't ruin the overall experience.

The location provides a peaceful retreat away from the crowded tourist spots, with easy access to nearby dining. The kitchenette was convenient, allowing me to make quick meals, and I particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfast options, including homemade bread. However, the soundproofing in the connecting room left much to be desired. everyday noises from the neighboring room were quite distracting. Additionally, the heating unit was noisy, affecting my sleep experience mildly. Overall, it’s a lovely place to relax, but next time, I’ll request a non-connecting room for better privacy.

During our visit, we really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the lodge. The nearby beaches and beautiful parks like Brookgreen Gardens were incredible, especially since the staff gave us great tips on where to go. Our spacious room was perfect for our family, and the pool was a hit with our three teens after a day exploring.
My kids wished there were more snacks available on-site.

great staff but thin walls
The staff here genuinely care about their guests, which made our stay more enjoyable. Denise stood out for her warm welcome and attentiveness, making us feel at home right away. The outdoor areas, especially the rooftop deck, provides a lovely spot for relaxation. I especially appreciated the breakfast options, which were tasty and varied.
The walls seemed a bit thin, which led to some noise disturbance during the night.

We had a fantastic time here! The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing after our day out exploring, and it was so nice to come back to a super clean room with kitchen amenities. The only downside was the entry rug could use some sprucing up, but it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment! 🌞

missingWrote a review on Jul 05shower complexity
The shower setup in our room needed a manual just to figure it out. the push-in valve was frustrating, and while I found the heat adequate, my partner was left wanting more warmth. The grout in the bathroom could use a good professional cleaning, indicating some maintenance oversight that might not bother everyone.
